Alpha HIIT is a High Intensity Interval Training class that includes warm up followed by a mixture of strength training and/or cardio training using various time styles such as Tabata intervals (20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest). The class will include the use of dumbbells and bodyweight. The goal of this class is to help improve cardiovascular fitness endurance, power, strength and work all muscle groups.

Join us every Monday for a dynamic full-body workout! We'll kick things off with strength-focused exercises using dumbbells and bodyweight, gradually ramping up the intensity as we progress.
